We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. This policy allows us to maintain the integrity of the therapeutic experience and ensures consistency in our work together. Exceptions are rarely made, as this boundary is an essential part of the commitment to the process.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards. A valid card must be kept on file to secure your intake appointment. Payment is processed automatically on the day of your scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.

Under the "No Surprises Act," health care providers are required to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This will be provided to you as part of your intake paperwork.
